White Science Block 90/sec

This is a compact method build that does 90 White Science per second.  It takes in the other science/antimatter through two ILS, and outputs the white science through one of those ILS (to local by default).

If you're exporting science from elsewhere, this should just be able to be dropped and tilted easily to make white science.
