Refined Oil 16 / s (and Hydrogen) from Raw with Proliferator. High degree placement.

- Produces 16 / s of Refined Oil (and twice that much of Hydrogen)
- Prioritizes hydrogen storage. Burns Excess.
- Uses Proliferator MK. III (with new Advanced Mining Machine everything is so easy to mine... except Oil. Imho proliferator is worth it here)
- high degree placement 55-65 (see picture)
-Warning! Not the most optimal build, but it works.
