Nilaus design: Energy Exchangers with auto-filling Accumulators

This is copied from a design in the Nilaus tutorial video titled "How and Why Energy Exchangers Are Awesome!" 40 Energy Exchangers with a line of Assemblers making Accumulators, in a setup that prevents cascades with the Assemblers only providing extra Accumulators as they are needed automatically. It will supply any system in your cluster with charged Accumulators and replenish itself with new ones as you keep expanding and needing more. This took me quite awhile to make just from the video so I hope everybody enjoys! ***Note: I included extra screenshots that show the priority settings on the Splitters, because you will need to do that yourself after building since that aspect doesn't copy from the blueprint.
