Fire Ice Chemical Facility, 20x220, 120 Chemical, Borg

Generates 60/sec Graphene, 30/sec Hydrogen. Technically this is a 21x220 tile, but since my 20-wide assembler tiles are really 19-wide (they have a 1/2 tile inset border on the north and south edges so they can tile with themselves in any manner), this tile will tile with itself E/W, and with assembler tiles N/S and E/W. The only limitation is that you can't place two of these tiles N/S of each other. Uses mixed output belts.
