Universe Matrix Module

Pasta-based jello factory that outputs 4 matrices/min from only raw resources. At least 50 can be placed on every planet, situated at the top and bottom of the equator tropic and placed side-by-side. Needs to be kickstarted with a stack of refined oil, but otherwise works right out of the box.

The artificial star is not necessary, I only added it since it covers most of the power demand of the module and I made another blueprint that services an entire planet's worth of modules.
