The Settler

auto-deploy grid of signal towers, BAB, and lasers backed by artificial stars, missiles, and IPL set to auto request fuel and ammo.  Place standing at pole, and once fuel/ammo is available, manual add fuel to one star to populate the request.  

Try to make sure the rows of BAB aligned with the gap in missiles have no collisions to the equator as it is the key row for propagation.  Then simply wait as bases get attacked.  Walk up to any that are struggling and replace destroyed signals.
