Use stand-alone or add Part 2 for another 6 buildings. Kudos to a.b. who made this starter mall the other day, which I really liked but had a few issues with and inspired me to make this version. Thank you, a.b.
This uses ONLY MK 1 components (I'm pretty sure anyway). Most MK1 storage are limited to between 1 and 3 stacks, except for belts which is allowed to fill up the whole thing.
Needed inputs:
Bricks: 1 smelter should do
Glass: 1 smelter should do 
Iron Ingots: 3 belts worth, recommend 2 smelters per belt
Gears: 2 to 3 factories, 1 smelter per factory (depends on how fast you want downstream products created)
Circuits: 2 belts worth; recommend 2 factories, 2 iron smelters, 1 copper smelter
Magnetic Coils: 2 factories worth; 3 magnet smelters
