Continue expanding the Starter HUB by connecting this to part #2 (overlap the far-right assembler). This one produces Matrix Labs, Storage Tanks, Wireless Power Towers, Oil Extractors, Oil Refineries, Chemical Plants and Storage Mk.II.

A source of glass and steel will need to be brought in from the left hand side in order to complete this.
