You need the strange annihilation fuel rods for the artificial stars.
1 planetary shield is included. If you cover whole planet with this blueprint, you may leave 8 of them in 4 directions and remove the rest.
I used the base recipe for the graphene and particle container.
Why not fire-ice? luckily the buildings fit in nicely within the slice and I don't want to worry about hydrogen even 0.0001%.
This bp does not produce hydrogen so safe to use in any case.
Mostly raw materials are used except carbon nanotube and sulfuric acid and kimberlite.
Proliferator MK3 is self produced.
