Mining World Part 2 - Solar Self Assemble

The design is tileable by simply dragging it out.
Due to tile design, this is perfect for GS2
INSTRUCTIONS:
1: TURN OFF MECHA BUILD DRONES
2: Place the Export ring FIRST!
3: Complete the solar belt ring with this BP
4: Select a location close to one side of the ILS segment
5: Before starting self-assembly, ensure self-assembly can only go in one direction by removing the closest BFAB that DOES NOT have a signal tower next to it.
6: Start the self-assembly process by manually placing some solar panels, one BFAB and power tower (click and hold to manually assemble)
If you skip step 5 the ILS segment will drain the power from the BFABs and make construction take FOREVER.
