2: Place this BP on or near a stretch of the main equatorial line of the planet that has no resources or obstructions. (use BlueprintTweaks by Kremnev8 to automatically lay foundations if needed)
Move on to Part 2: The Solar Ring
DO NOT START THE SELF-ASSEMBLY PROCESS - If you do the ILS segment will drain the power from the BFABs and make construction take FOREVER.
