Massive proliferators 4000/min

Needed this for my green motor build (holy sh*t!).  The Factorio calculator states it will make just over 4000 Level 3 proliferatprs per minute. The tower filled up before I could check. LOL! But, all the machines appeared to be satisfied.  Needs coal, diamonds, and carbon nanotubes. In this design, priority is given to keep the PLS stocked for local work. Any left over get stored in the ILS for cluster distribution.
