-Inputs ~36,000/min Iron Ore
-All of the ore goes (from a advanced miner usually) to a single planetary logistics station.
-Planetary stations are hard coded to check it's storage and out a drone a rate of 3 per second
-Assuming it's the only station pulling ore the max rate is so the max rate is 36,000/min. This layout is based on that input rate.
-The output rate (in full belts) is a multiple of 10, not 12 (more annoying for ratios)
-If the ore is too far from the station, the rate will be limited by the max charge rate (60MW) of the station.
-There is a slight bug in the belt coding that makes smelters product stack so the towers are getting less than 35,700/min
-If it produces less than 35,700/min consider putting it closer to the adv miner, or add a second "source" station.
