Makes red cubes / energy matrices ; uses reforming refine technology (requires coal) for no byproduct / no excess hydrogen production. all t1 belts and inserters. Tileable up to 3 . Will output around 150 graphite more than hydrogen at first , but only when starting , hence box for storing excess ; after that its equal amounts of hydrogen and graphite and no byproducts. Makes 90 matrices per min ; consumes 120 oil per min and 60 coal per min
