Dutch Start and Mall Modifications Part 6

First this is not my original design but some changes I made to the starting base by The Dutch Actuary.

This build picks up after his Part C of his starting base which is part of the complete collection here: https://www.dysonsphereblueprints.com/collections/super-proliferation-run?page=3

This part is completely optional but if you want proliferation and you need somewhere to build spray coaters. This unfortunately requires a little spaghetti. You can see in the picture that I am pulling off the copper line and looping it around to get it up into position. I also built a small silicon production plant off screen to plug in as well.
