Dark Fog Farm Polar Cap

This has progressed over time. Missiles are for expanding and early defense if necessary.  Base can also defend space. The bulk of the weapons are lasers which reduces ammo needs. Also later on you might want to adjust the drops from the FOG but as of now I have everything being sorted that they drop and it just gets sent to other locations in the solar system. I also added a ring around the base of battlefield analysis bases.
