Crystal Explosives ~180-200/min from raw + fog loot

Compatible with both mk2 and mk3 proliferator. This setup underfeeds 2 of the 8 crystal explosive plants, as its meant to burn off excess casimir/explosives from Dark Fog drops. All overproduction in the rest of the factory is accounted for and can be shipped offsite with bots, and the casimir recipe is easily switchable.
