Coal to Energetic Graphite with Reformed Refinement

This will produce 60/s Energetic Graphite and is ideal for late game minimal resource runs where the possibility of running out of coal in your star cluster is a real probability. There is no byproducts and takes 1 coal to make 1 energetic graphite. Everything is proliferated for a 100% speed boost to half the normal recipe speed from 4s to 2s. This build is auto starting and will take ~10 minutes to fully ramp up production. Crude oil is used to create the initial starting resources of refined oil and hydrogen. It will take a couple thousand crude oil while ramping up but once fully operational that demand will go to 0.
