Basic Iron Buildings

Production of the basic iron buildings: Wind Turbine, Miner, Smelter, Matrix Lab, Storage I, Storage Tank, Splitter, Water Pump, Thermal Power Plant, and Traffic Monitor.  Includes all necessary manufacturing facilities.  Can produce any given product at the speed required, but does not include necessary production to produce all products at full speed at the same time.  All buildings are exported via ILS for use in the rest of the star cluster.
