4-Lane Load Balancer (with Traffic Monitors)

Based on the Factorio-style 4-belt load balancer as observed in a few videos of "megabases", I realized DSP needed one as well, as the planetary and interstellar logistics stations do not load balance their outputs, should they be of the same type. Traffic monitors (and some Tesla towers) are included, should the monitoring of traffic be desired; the counts per second are based on 1/2/3/4 full Mk.1 "yellow" conveyor belts for the outputs; the inputs each would be using a full Mk.1 belt so only one traffic monitor is included. Could probably be made more compact.
