Expandable and tileable along the bands of any planet with the exception of the poles. 70 chemical planets along 4 outputs can be turned on 1 phase at a time to allow for expansion and growth of incoming material. This can be turned on 650/m by simply removing output lines and replacing them when demand increases. Fully proliferatated in and outbound. 

ILS requests MK.III Proliferators, Refined Oil, Energetic Graphite, and Warpers. Outputs Plastic.
