180/min yellow, mk2 proliferated, makes own proliferator. Uses external refined oil (should have plenty extra from 180/min red pipeline). The oil belt needs to be connected from the center of the BP - ran out of 900 building limit. The BP will stabilize at 178/min as is. One of the titanium crystal assemblers needs to be upgraded to mk2 to achieve 180/min. proliferator block is at the corner - can replace with external mk2 proliferator (in this case 600/min coal is enough).
