Recommend 6+ GW of Power. Hydrogen needs to be imported (so you can prioritize non gas giant hydrogen first.) Extra ore importing logistic stations highly recommended (especially for coal). Fire ice, deuterium, grating crystal, and organic crystal are the only advanced materials used. White science labs, research facilities and power not included (everything else is).
