Fire ice can be substituted for general graphene production, though that would increase hydrogen requirement.
May make a from complete raw black box build - however from just looking at the facility requirements of oil refineries alone I dont think its feasible/worth it!
Mk2 Assemblers and proliferator have been used, however Mk3 of both would probably be appropriate - build coming soon!
