Uneven Hexagons - Layer

One of my often used Dyson Shell Layers.
It contains a lot of loose bound hexagon shapes - some filled, some empty.
The layer fits very well in existing designs - as well as multiple times with some difference in orbits and radius.
I got inspired to create it by one of the menu backgrounds - I attached a screenshot of it.
