BIE's Mark One Accumulator Blackbox

Starting a No Hazmat Permit run?  Having trouble making accumulators?  Slap one of these down and feed in raw ores!  If you've got a silicon supply, you can pipe that in directly, or set up a stone-to-silicon smelter line to supply it.  Compact and easy to print in quantity with Mass Construction III (red and blue science) this blackbox will get you well on the way.  With full input belts, it'll spit out 9 accumulators per minute.
