Six exchangers to power everything, 56 placed accumulators to buffer power usage for this module and the rest of your E-ILS factory world, and close to a MK3 belt's worth of deuterium coming out of it all. You can fit two in the equatorial band from 25+/-, plus a whole bunch ringing the planet.
