1800 diamonds per minute from Kimberlite with a coal fallback

This produces 1800 diamonds from either coal or kimberlite. The kimberlite is used first, falling back to using coal if necessary.  Keeps diamond raw materials from running out, for things like 1800 yellow cubes per minute.
