Steel Smelting Module, 25x100 grid, 152 Smelters, 50.66/sec, Tileable, Arctic Band, Interstellar Logistic Station, Nilaus

Uses the Nilaus layout style, tiles 5 times around the arctic bands (my nomenclature is: equatorial, tropical, temperate, arctic, polar). Has positioning dot to aid in placement. Has gaps to permit a nice triangular Satellite Substation layout. ILS is preconfigured but import/export quantities are set to 0 so it won't start up when you build, but will fetch 100 Warpers locally. Has a corner dot to help with alignment.
