Need deuterium? This polar loop uses two blue belts of hydrogen which are constantly fed to ensure maximum efficiency. 1100+/min deuterium from 65 fractionators. The tanks and belts are arranged to provide a steady feed rate of up to 2 blue belts of deut from the tanks, and 1 belt of hydrogen. central ILS requests hydrogen and deut by default, along with warpers for gas giant collecting. You can switch it to supply if you like and flip the end belt to feed into the ILS instead of out of it, and then it will provide remote (once the tanks are full...)... but it's really meant to be used with a companion ILS at the belt output.
current iteration requires max vertical stacking upgrades.
