Polar Deuterium Fractionator Quadrant, Modular, Tileable, 30/sec

Modular Deteurium Fractionation Quadrant, takes up 1/4 of a Polar region, produces a smidgen over 30 Deuterium per second. Takes two belts of Hydrogen as input, one belt of Deuterium as output, so it connects perfectly to one side of a Tower. Tiles with all my other Polar Quadrant modules.
