Polar Artificial Star Quadrant, 59 Stars x 75MW = 4.425 GW, Tileable

Takes up exactly one quadrant of the polar region, and tiles with adjacent quadrants. Does not intersect with Satellite Substations in the adjacent "arctic" region, so it tiles with my arctic tiles. Has one Satellite substation on the outer edge that can be used to easily get the placement just right (see extra screenshot for an example, you must place it on one of the major [bolded] NS lines at the proper longitude in order to ensure it builds correctly). Just hook it up to a source of Antimatter Fuel Rods (from a Polar Tower) and you've got over 4GW of sweet, sweet energy.
