Part of the E-ILS concept, where exchangers are spread throughout the factory or forge planet instead of relying on a massive exchanger array somewhere.

This is the second take on the concept, with a design goal of all modules being 25 units high or less to make them easy to tile and place in higher regions.  These modules include exchangers to supply or offset their power draw, along with placed accumulators to cushion ILS power spikes.

These modules work best when you have the BLUEPRINT TWEAKS mod.    Use the various Blueprint Tweaks to easily change out the recipes before placement.  Don't foget to adjust the supply and demand items! 

This is a simple 180MW polar battery-and-warper ILS, meant to handle the E-ILS grid's remote battery supply and drain.  Do NOT connect it to the main power grid!  (And when your forge really gets going, you may need more than just the one ILS to handle all the batteries!)
