"No Hazmat Permit": E-ILS BlueSmelter V2
Part of the E-ILS concept, where exchangers are spread throughout the factory or forge planet instead of relying on a massive exchanger array somewhere.

This is the second take on the concept, with a design goal of all modules being 25 units high or less to make them easy to tile and place in higher regions. These modules include exchangers to supply or offset their power draw, along with placed accumulators to cushion ILS power spikes.
These modules work best when you have the BLUEPRINT TWEAKS mod. Use the various Blueprint Tweaks to easily change out the recipes before placement. Don't foget to adjust the supply and demand items!
BLUESMELTER is a full-size smelting module with 155 Arc Smelters. It can easily power itself with the included exchangers and supply extra power to the rest of the E-ILS grid.
