ILS Mall Building Assembler with Recall and Recycling

This is an ILS-powered mall module which assembles all buildings and vessels in the game as of 0.8.23.9989 (includes belt monitors) at a rate of 1 full-uptime MK III assembler per building, 2x assemblers of logistics vessels and blue belts, and 8x of solar panels. It constructs PLS, ILS, and collectors at a rate which provides a constant stream of all 3 concurrently: mk1/2/3 belts and sorters are exported as well, but only collect stock of the lower tier ones once thre higher tier ones are produced to meet demand. Belting is sufficient to supply all factories at full speed simultaneously. 

The lower row of ILS towers recalls buildings from off world automatically and feeds them back into the production line with priority, so that new buildings are not constructed if existing ones already meet demand. There is a loop of feed belts for these towers also which is meant to be connected to the universal recycler loop provided in another blueprint. Some extraneous belt segments may still exist related to my implementation of these feed systems, graviton lens export, etc. 

MK1 storage boxes allow picking of buildings from stock direct at the assembly plant if you don't want to use the accompanying ILS mall main storefront. Export ILSs are configured in tandem with the storefront ones so that only items that are NOT sent to the storefront (e.g., MK1 and 2 belts, sorters, assemblers...) are offered for remote export directly from the assembler ILS. Ones that go to the storefront are exported from the storefront instead, to insure the local storefront gets priority supply in the picker chests.

The inputs for this assembler facility are configured to be provided by modularized local factories in order to avoid supply chain disruptions if demand exceeds supply elsewhere in the cluster, but they use ILSs instead of PLSs so you can switch to remote demand of materials instead if you want.
