Input: 6 Stone per second (1 full yellow belt)
Input: 4 Magnetic Coils per second (or just put them in the Storage)
Output: 3 Glass > 2 Prisms > 1 Plasma Exciter per second
Output: 1 Glass every 2 seconds (Not a lot, but enough for a starter hub).
Will produce Plasma Exciters and only store Prisms & Glass if not needed
