I used the base recipe for the particle container.
You must dispose hydrogen from graphene.
Optional inputs are titanium ore / titanium ingot and high-purity silicon or silicon ore.
If you want to import titanium ingot or high-purity silicon, you need to change ILS setting to import them and remove the smelters then connect the belt.
If you want 100% operation, you need to disconnect belt carrying strange antimatter rod and wait till all the materials are ready for all the buildings then reconnect. It may take about 15 minutes.
