Starter Hub through Mid-Game Mall 3-2

This mall will make everything important for a Dark Fog combat speedrun with a TINY footprint by giving you the buildings in the order you need them. It follows all of the new (vanilla) belt slope rules, as it only starts using vertical belts once you start placing factories requiring yellow science and already have the Supermagnetic Ring technology that allows it.
