Reduce the Nilaus original blueprint Solar Panel spacing, so can put until 1122 Solar Panel in same row to have more free energy, if want to allow belt go over, can just delete the Solar Panel that don't want.
The full signal towers cover allow for missile turrets anywhere on the planet to shoot any Dark Fog base inside the signal tower's range.
Add in 22 Planetary Shield Generator in the same row to protect whole planet, when have many energy only use Planetary Shield Generator because it consume heavy energy.
