Proliferated Engines 750/m From Raw

This build was inspired by Dutch Actuary's Super Proliferation Run builds. It should be the close to a perfect ratio and is fully proliferated with Mk. III goo.

If I built it correctly it should output 750 engines/minute or 12.5 engines/second.
