Polar Buildings Cap with Drone Distribution Send/Receive

This is a Polar Cap (center left clear for Shield) that I use for distributing buildings. All buildings are available here and all drones.


Set up for assembler planet,  but you can adjust to local supply and remote demand if you want to use this at a destination planet to build anything anywhere.
