Plastic 60/s ILS Proliferated

This build differs from my other builds in that it can't be dropped near the poles. You can try, but good luck. Chemical factories, y'know. This is a much larger build as well.

These blueprints came out of a companion play-through to the excellent The Dutch Actuary let's plays on youtube. I found myself in the late game wanting to build specific things, but being stymied by the "build from raw" philosophy which led to giant builds. So I started building a set of blueprints meant to be dropped on farmed planets.   
  
These blueprints assume you are providing proliferator mk3, and are fully upgraded. Outputs are proliferated so any builds using generated resources benefit even if they themselves aren't proliferated. They are meant to be dropped on planets where you are already mining all resources using Advanced Mining Machines, and are designed to be slim so you can use them closer to the poles so they stay out of the way of larger builds. They will supply warpers to the ILS via Logistics Distributors so that you don't have to worry about having multiple ships flying to your planet with Space Warpers.
