Fast insertion and withdrawal of Hydrogen with a massive 360 Storage containers, pulls in Hydrogen on one tower then passes through the storage into another, first tower requests Hydrogen remotely from Gas giant and the hydrogen flows fast via belts to the bottom tower if room is available otherwise it runs into storage, giving immediate access from other towers elsewhere to request, fills second tower in seconds.
