Solar Panel, Geothermal Power Station, Ray Receiver, EM-Rail Ejector, and Automatic Piler construction.  Buildings are exported via ILS.  Includes a return ILS to collect excess buildings from anywhere on the star cluster, simply add them to an ILS set to remote supply with max capacity of 0.
