DSP END GAME - Raw Resource Monitor

This contraption tells you exactly what resource you're missing in your empire, with a sticky notification bearing the appropriate icon.

In the screenshot, you can see I'm currently low on critical photons, and that Traffic Monitor has tripped, giving me the critical photon icon up top so I know what needs fixing (in this case, building a deathstar around a blue star and drown that in rockets).

Don't hesitate to adjust the timer on the Traffic Monitors if you want to adjust for travel time, however it's generally indicative of a problem in your logistics network, if the resources are too far from the Raw Resource Monitor, they may be too far from the factories.

Probably also interesting to have one everywhere, unless you have enough regional resource exchangers and buffers to make multiple monitors redundant.
