Deuteron Fuel Rods (1.25/s)

Almost entirely from raw: import the proliferator and titanium ingots. Outputs 1.25/s deuteron rods (enough for 50 fusion generators a la 937.5 MW) and 0.5 excess titanium alloy.
Proliferation is chosen to minimize the power cost.

Build this on the oil/water planet and import titanium ingots. You need to add 3 water pumps at the sulfuric acid chem labs.

Produces: 1.25/s deuteron fuel rods, 0.5/s titanium alloy
Consumes: 10/s hydrogen, 1.28/s copper ore, 3.2/s refined oil, 4.23/s stone, 2.13/s water, 1/s titanium ingots, 10.6/s iron ore, 0.8/s coal, 0.223/s proliferator
