X-ray reuses 2/3 of it's hydrogen output, so only 1/3 is useable.
Each proliferated Xray refinery produces 1.5 hydrogen/s * 60 Oil refineries = 90 hydrogen/s
90 * 1/3 (usable) = 30 hydrogen/s
Refining produces the required 30 refined oil/s and outputs the remaining 15 hydrogen/s or 900/m
In total then we have 30/s from xray and 15 from refining for a total of 45 hydrogen/s or 2700/m
(Put some hydrogen in some of the two rows of X-ray refinerys to jump start it)
