The ultimate "from raw" endgame science blueprint.  Features include:

•3 months of painstaking design effort.
•Fully integrated production from imported raw materials all the way to science labs.

•All deuterium imported from gas giants (no need for fractionators).

•Sufficient power (14.5GW of mini-suns) included.
•Imported materials are proliferated on-site.
•Intermediate component production arranged for close proximity between production stages.
•All intermediate materials are stacked in stations before consumption.  This reduces the number of belts, spray-coaters, and machine insertions required (4x stacks require fewer sorter operations).
•Balanced imports so that no single logistics vessel is required to make any trips in under one minute.
•Hydrogen management handled automatically via side-loading priority system for 2x remote demand ILS.  All locally produced hydrogen is belted to a receiving ILS and transported via logistics drones to a local demand ILS to ensure 4x stacked output.
•No ground level belts under telesorters.  Sorters will all connect correctly when re-pasting.
•Stations around edges of blueprint won't collide with other stations which respect minimum distance requirements.
•Universe matrix remote supply can be disabled upon reaching research speed level 64.  At this point the local labs will be able to consume all produced cubes regardless of hash costs.
•All intermediate components are delivered by belt for better UPS.  Logistics drones are only used for hydrogen management.
•Satellite substations utilized exclusively instead of tesla towers for better UPS.
•No splitters or stackers for better UPS.
•Probably the densest layout you've ever seen.
•Tiles 8 times per planet for a total of 460 universe matrix per second (27.6K SPM).
