Open Blueprint240 Processors per second planet-wide blueprint. Has built-in Proliferator production and is thus fully proliferated (which results in a 6000/min MKIII excess to be exported to other planets). Needs Diamond/Nanotube import for proliferator. Processors only need raw (copper, iron, silicon ores).
Will bottleneck on ILS dependent on Logi tech level. Throughput calculations were 10 LY round-trip with Logi Engine 12.
