1800/m Casmir Crystal & Hydrogen Sink.

Makes Casmir Crystals as main purpose with secondary be able reliable Hydrogen Byproduct Sink.

Tailored to make Particle Containers 2250/m out of 21600/m Hydrogen, 3600/m Graphene, 1800 Titanium Crystals. 
Without Proliferator MK3, 1800/m product.

Location to place: 1st Tropic Zone (Sector 1, 3 facilities max) & 2nd Tropic Zone (Sector 2, 1 facilities max). While place use Edge Conveyor Belts to align closer to Yellow Lines of the Zone.

Terminology:
Main Tower is with Graphene & Crystals
Secondary Tower is with Proliferator.

How to setup:
1) Create Group of Gas Giants (sidenotes, b)
2) Deploy Blueprint in 7LY Range (sidenotes, c)
3) Configure Secondary Tower behavior into "Designated Pairing"
4) Pair Secondary Tower via Point-to-Point or by other means with your Gas Giant Collectors. (sidenotes, d)
5) Switch Remote Depot into Remote Receiver on Secondary Tower.

 Description of Design.
Consists from two parts:
1) Main Tower (ILS), takes care of chores of gathering Graphene & Titanium Crystal, plus deliver end-product. Hydrogen here taken from any production with byproducts, such as Fire Ice convertation into Graphene. Will ignore Gas Giants to prevent those places from halt. 
2) Secondary Tower (ILS), specifically added to cover massive need in Hydrogen, which will be taken from Gas Giants and put into Buffer to be used whenever needed.
3) Purpose of build, be a Hydrogen Sink & Useful Product creator simultaneously. 

Sidenotes: 
a) Cannot be used with Advanced Recipe, belts must be re-arranged from Main Tower to production, for make it work. Specifically turn 1 Titanium Crystal belt into 4 belts of Grating Crystals combined into one then split into two through same Splitter which splits Titanium Crystals currently. ILS has enough left outputs for this reconfiguration.
b) Personally i prefer make Groups by Gas Giant types, like "IG-Pootis" where acronym "IG" stands for Ice Giants (Fire Ice + Hydrogen) & "Pootis" is name of Star System. Name is set for every Collector on planet and gets combined together to use in future interstellar logistical routes.
c) Blueprint supposed to be used with default Logistics Carrier Engine Lv6 speed, which is assumed as 0.15/s (no White Matrices Upgrades).
Recommended range is 6LY because it will almost fit into 1 minute delivery one-way direction schedule. Each LY will add up ~8 seconds - that's why default limit set to 20LY, going beyond 2.5m time limit is unsustainable and will create production stutters, altrough even if stutters occur it only decrease efficienty - it will recover efficient to 100% by itself with enough Logistics Carrier Engine Upgrades or when sufficient resources will acquired by other means.
d) Point-to-Point in my opinion is best option for default speeds, though Routes & Groups i believe also can be used and maybe way more efficient and stable if Vessel will able reach 160s (~2.7m or 20LY) time limit back & fourth with 8 Vessels. 2 might be busy by Proliferator delivery back & fourth, if they are not taken then time limit incresed up to 165s which is equal to 22LY.
e) By default Proliferator disabled, but may be enabled at Secondary Towers if you have enough Power & them in stock, need extreme amount of Proliferator for this, about ~330/m.
